Class Agenda:

1st half:

  • Warm-up
  • Barre Fit style workout (mainly body weight exercises to start getting bodies used to our new class)

2nd half

  • Basic Belly Dance drills
  • 10-minute shimmy drill
  • Dance Cool down
  • Stretching
